We listed our house with him on a Tuesday. He brought in a professional photographer (who has to be one of the best around). Our house showed every night since it listed and We woke up Friday morning with a great offer we were able to negotiate some and accept. Fast forward to buying..a house came on the market Saturday morning. We called Thomas to express interest and without hesitation he dropped what he was doing to get to the home so we could see it, and had an offer sent to them within a few hours of it being on the market.
